non-functional safe faulty air conditioning
The breakfast provided A bonus. It made meal planning easier.
My stay had issues. The room safe did not work. Reporting this to reception yielded no resolution. the air conditioning malfunctioned, resulting in an uncomfortably warm room despite my attempts to adjust the settings. I EXPECTED better maintenance.

good room size friendly staff
the room size was good. the balcony was appreciated. the cleaning staff replenished towels even when i didn't ask.
The gym had a lat weight machine. I don't think it would pass any uk safety standards.
